Meet Tim Rivas

Rivas Landscape Group provides landscape design, installation, and consultation services for residential clients throughout most of Contra Costa County. In addition to creating landscapes in a wide variety of styles — including Mediterranean, Japanese, and Southwestern — we have special expertise with drought-tolerant gardens, and we use xeriscape design principles to maximize water conservation and keep your landscape flourishing.

Tim Rivas' horticultural expertise gives Rivas Landscape Group an important advantage. Tim has a thorough understanding of plants and trees and the conditions they need to survive, and his background in horticulture lets him design gardens and landscapes that are as practically functional as they are beautiful.

We take a detail-oriented approach to landscaping, working closely with clients through every phase of a project so they always know what to expect. By paying close attention to detail, we create landscapes that complement our customers' homes and bring their vision to life. Our motto is, “Right plant, right place” — a philosophy that's integral to our style of design. It doesn't just create a distinguished, natural look; it creates an environment where your landscape can thrive.
